How Does Engine Immobilizer Works?

Your fleet of vehicles is the greatest asset of your business. Our vehicle protection solution gives you a sense of safety when leaving your asset at a location.

The engine immobilizer is an anti-theft system that prevents the engine from starting without an authorized keyfob. The keyfob stored a unique set of digital code. When the keyfob is in range or inserted into the ignition switch, a "code" transmits into the vehicle's electronic management system. If the code in the keyfob & that stored in the immobilizer matched, the engine will start. Otherwise, an alert will send to the system and the driver will receive an SMS notification for immediate action.

Why is Engine Immobilizer important?

The engine immobilizer is a secure way to prevent your vehicle from being hot-wired and stolen by thief who doesn't have the keyfob to start the engine. It's like another layer of protection aside from the vehicle's alarm.
